You accept the terms and conditions listed below by using or accessing KB StorSmart. You should not use or access KB StorSmart if you disagree with any of these terms and conditions. Please email support@kbstorsmart.com if you have any issues concerning these terms.

Overview

Revogue Retail Private Limited (RRPL), a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra-400614, is the owner, host, and operator of this website, KB StorSmart.com, including any subdomains thereof and any other websites through which its services are made available, our mobile, tablet, and other smart device applications, and application program interfaces, etc.

A legally binding contract between KB StorSmart and the user is formed by these terms and conditions, privacy policy, and community standards governing the use of these services (the "Agreement").

You may use KB StorSmart and/or any other website that is linked to this website as an online information and communications service, provided that you abide by the following terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may be changed at any moment by RRPL, and any changes will take effect right away when they are posted on KB StorSmart. Your ongoing access to or use of KB StorSmart will be considered definitive evidence of your acceptance of these terms and conditions, as amended or modified from time to time. You may regularly review the updated terms and conditions to be aware of any adjustments. Additionally, RRPL may halt KB StorSmart's operations for maintenance, support, technical upgrades, content updates, or any other cause.

If you use KB StorSmart in a way that violates these terms and conditions, RRPL has the right to stop your access, prevent you from using it in the future, and/or pursue any further action that may be appropriate given the circumstances of your usage.

Terminologies

Any individual or legal entity that has subscribed to KB StorSmart's services (whether for a fee or not) and whose access to KB StorSmart is controlled by the use of a sign-in user name and password is referred to as a subscriber or user. The user name and password are either assigned by KB StorSmart, selected by the subscriber, or decided upon by KB StorSmart. It is made very clear that the services provided by KB StorSmart are only accessible by authorised users.

The term "Browser/Visitor" refers to and includes anyone who uses any of KB StorSmart's services without having to register for an account, such as by visiting KB StorSmart's unrestricted sections. A subscriber or user who uses the services to upload or relay content would be considered an advertiser.

These terms and conditions, along with community rules, will govern how KB StorSmart is used and accessed. For the purposes of this Agreement, anyone who accesses the Services without a contractual or legal right will be considered a "unauthorised user" and will be subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of KB StorSmart, particularly with regard to respecting the RRPL's intellectual Warehouse rights and adhering to the terms and conditions listed below.

The Subscriber/Advertiser(s) and Browser/Visitor(s) would be included under the words "User" and "Customer."

The phrases "Service" or "Services" would refer to KB StorSmart's interactive online information service, which allows users to access information stored in its database. The phrases would also refer to the search tools that allow the user to use a variety of available search tools that fit their search criteria in order to search through the hosted databases and information. Customers' use of space for advertisements, such as listings and banners, would also fall under this category. After then, users can view the entire document or record by selecting one or more of the elements displayed. The term "service" does not include KB StorSmart acting as an explicit or implicit agent on behalf of any user or customer; it only refers to the company's function as a conduit for information sharing.

Listing and advertisement submission and management

In order to publish and advertise the afore mentioned Warehouse or Warehouses on the User's website or on KB StorSmart, the User agrees not to submit any Warehouse descriptions, photographs, financial, contact, or other information contained in each Warehouse's data to KB StorSmart unless the User has obtained and received all necessary rights and authorisations from the owner of the Warehouse or the power-of-attorney holder, including from the photographer and/or copyright owner of any photographs. In a similar vein, KB StorSmart has not conducted any independent verification of the authenticity of the banners hosted on its website by its clients, which are solely in the nature of space sales by KB StorSmart and it does not assume any ownership, either directly or indirectly, towards any individual.

Certain listings may include third-party audio and video content (referred to as "AV Content"), which is offered solely for general informational reasons and does not constitute a recommendation, solicitation or attempt to influence any kind of purchase or decision. Neither KB StorSmart nor the AV content suppliers guarantee the correctness or completeness of the information. The user consents to the unpaid use of any information or content supplied to RRPL/KB StorSmart for marketing, publicity, and promotional reasons. You grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable, global, sublicensable, and transferable right and license to use, edit, used voice recordings in any way that KB StorSmart sees fit when you give us voice samples or voice recordings to create voiceovers for video listings.

RRPL is free to look for and remove Warehouses that are allegedly submitted in contravention of this clause, but it is not required to do so. Additionally, users who are accused of submitting Warehouses or other information/data in violation of these terms and conditions may be required by RRPL to provide additional proof of compliance with this clause. If a user consistently or wilfully violates these terms and conditions, RRPL reserves the right to terminate their accounts and deny them service.

Furthermore, the User consents to let users of the website or the KB StorSmart website to search, display, access, download, copy and otherwise refer to the Warehouse listing or any portion of it. In the exercise of its rights under these terms and conditions, RRPL shall have the exclusive right to determine how any Warehouse will be searched, displayed, accessible, downloaded, copied and otherwise utilised on KB StorSmart. RRPL shall also have the right to alter the Warehouse listing. Apart from the previously mentioned conditions, the user consents to:

  • (a) To guarantee the accuracy of all Warehouses and related information supplied by the user;
  • (b) That the user will not allow a Warehouse to be posted on KB StorSmart under a name other than the name of a Warehouse agent who has been properly authorised and engaged by the Warehouse owner in this regard;

RRPL will post the Warehouse-related information in specific sections of KB StorSmart or any other mirror or parallel site. RRPL retains the right to delete any or all of the Warehouses listed on the User's website or on KB StorSmart at any time, in accordance with fair commercial business practices. The accuracy of reports or data files that users provide is not RRPL's responsibility. The user will be exclusively responsible for keeping backup copies of all information, photos and other materials provided or uploaded to KB StorSmart, even though RRPL will make every attempt to backup data and resume operations.

When purchasing or renting a Warehouse through KB StorSmart, users are required to independently confirm the details of the Warehouse, including its right, title, ownership, lien, etc. The "verified" tag that appears on a Warehouse or Warehouses on KB StorSmart simply shows that the Warehouse's existence has been confirmed in the way that it has been promoted. The "verified" tag should never be interpreted as confirming any paperwork, ownership information, location, or cost of the Warehouse or Warehouses.

Content

To find and remove offensive information from our site, we use both in-house and outside AI methods. These tools are meant to detect harmful behaviour, like speech that violates our platform conditions, as well as infractions of applicable laws and platform restrictions. Depending on the intricacy of the content and organisational policies, automated moderation may function automatically or under human supervision. Content may be accepted, denied or sent to a second level of review by human moderators based on the results of technology moderation. The identification and moderation features of these tools are provided by third-party providers.

Our automatic technologies are a component of a multi-tiered moderating process. Please be aware that users may file grievances or appeal moderation decisions in line with our platform's conditions [Grievances]. These comments will be examined within predetermined timeframes, including by human moderators where needed.

These tools are a part of our continuous efforts to enhance moderating skills and guarantee adherence to platform and legal requirements. No system is flawless, despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy and fairness. The safeguards are put into place and in order to further safeguard our community, we will keep improving them in cooperation with outside service providers.

Terms of Payment

  • All payments for services provided by KB StorSmart must be made in full in advance. Once a subscriber has signed up for a service, the payment is non-refundable and will be appropriated. Regarding the correctness or promptness of the refunds arriving in the users' bank or card accounts, RRPL makes no promises. The user acknowledges and agrees that RRPL/KB StorSmart.com may, at its sole discretion without affecting any other rights and remedies it may have under the applicable laws, set off the amount paid or payable by a subscriber or user against any amount or amounts payable by the user to RRPL under any other agreement or commercial relationship regarding other products.
  • Server uptime and application functionality are not guaranteed by Revogue Retail Private Limited. Everything is done with the utmost care and the only liability is a reimbursement. For free services, RRPL assumes no liability. RRPL retains the right, at any time and without previous notice, to modify any disclaimers or conditions of agreements. Any reference to conditions or disclaimers, whether or not they are stated explicitly will be considered included.
  • RRPL takes every precaution to prevent any information or data related to electronic money transfers from ending up in the wrong hands. RRPL does not store or retain credit card information; instead, users are sent to a Payment Gateway to complete online transactions including payments. The highest level of security is ensured since the credit card transaction takes place on a third-party network that is not under RRPL's control. Once the online transaction is finished at the Payment Gateway, no one at RRPL can access the payment information.
  • RRPL will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any disclosure (intentional or not) of any information pertaining to the user's account, online transactions involving credit or debit cards, their verification process or their specifics, nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with regard to any information so disclosed and used, whether or not in pursuit of a legal process.

Refunds for unsuccessful transactions

Although the RRPL payment reconciliation staff works around the clock, RRPL makes no assurances about the timing or accuracy of the refunds that reach the subscribers' bank or credit card accounts. This is due to the numerous organisations that process online transactions, the issues with the current Internet infrastructure and the working days and holidays of financial institutions. Refunds would be at KB StorSmart's discretion in the event that incorrect or objectionable Warehouse content was uploaded on the website.

If you use KB StorSmart in a way that violates these terms and conditions, RRPL has the right to stop your access, prevent you from using it in the future, and/or pursue any further action that may be appropriate given the circumstances of your usage.

Utilisation of Data

The user consents to regard as proprietary to KB StorSmart all information collected from the service, including listings, member directories and any other information made available to the user in the service. The user acknowledges that information set aside for members will be kept private and safeguarded as a KB StorSmart trade secret. A user accesses any content at their own risk and KB StorSmart does not guarantee its accuracy, endorse it, or suggest it. The listings and adverts in the service may only be accessed by a user in order to gather preliminary data from which additional analysis and research may be initiated. The user may only access and utilise listings for internal and personal purposes and they are not permitted to distribute listings they acquire from the service.

Additionally, the user is prohibited from using the company's service in any way for or in conjunction with any other listed service or device. Users who violate these particular restrictions, those who use automated or manual methods to search the service in an abusive or excessive manner, risk having their membership immediately terminated without warning.

Rights to Intellectual Property

Every logo, brand, trademark and service mark that appears in KB StorSmart is either owned by RRPL and/or its affiliates or is used under license. RRPL and its affiliates own all rights resulting from the same, whether they are statutory or not. It is expressly forbidden to use these marks in any way since access to KB StorSmart does not grant the user any license or right to use. According to India's current regulations, breaking any of the aforementioned would be illegal.

RRPL respects everyone's right to intellectual Warehouse and has complied with all applicable Indian laws in this regard. To the best of its abilities, RRPL will safeguard and respect users' and other parties' intellectual Property rights. If it is discovered that a user or users are using KB StorSmart as a platform to violate the intellectual Warehouse rights of others, RRPL may immediately terminate this agreement without giving the user any prior notice.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, revocable license to access and use the Services by granting them access to KB StorSmart, so long as they adhere to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Limitations and Prohibitions

1. The following activities are expressly forbidden and will, among other things, be considered misuse of KB StorSmart:

a) Making use of KB StorSmart's services in any way that might jeopardise RRPL/KB StorSmart's interests and operations or violate any laws or rules.

b) Copying, extracting, downloading, sharing, altering, selling, storing, distributing, creating derivative works from or exploiting in any way or for any purpose that is inconsistent with the Terms of Use any content, data, information, including profiles, personal information, photos and/or graphics, available on KB StorSmart and/or any services or products of the RRPL.

It is strictly forbidden for users to use or take advantage of KB StorSmart and/or any information or data it contains for:

  • Any commercial uses, such as building alternative databases or granting third parties access to KB StorSmart without the RRPL's prior written consent; and/or
  • Engaging in any commercial activity that competes with RRPL's operations; and/or
  • Giving people who aren't under contract with the RRPL access.
  • Reselling the goods and services that the RRPL provides.

c) Using or attempting to use any automated program, software, system, or similar or equivalent process (such as spiders, robots, crawlers, etc.) to access, navigate, search, copy, monitor, download, scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract any data or content in any manner, including but not limited to adding or downloading profiles, contact details, or sending or redirecting messages from KB StorSmart;

d) Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access (including by hacking, password, server, website, program, computer systems of the RRPL or any other third parties and/or users;

e) Using any technology to alter the services offered by KB StorSmart or their appearance, overlaying any additional offering on top of such services or simulating KB StorSmart's services or functions in any way without express written consent obtained by contacting us at support@kbstorsmart.com

f) Using interfaces other than those specifically provided by RRPL to access KB StorSmart; attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the RRPL's system or network or attempting to circumvent any security or authentication mechanisms established by the RRPL in connection with KB StorSmart

g) Scraping, downloading (including bulk downloading), copying, or extracting any information or data from KB StorSmart (by any process, whether automatic or manual) in order to provide any goods or services that are comparable to or could potentially compete with the RRPL's goods or services;

h) Deriving the source code for the site, application, or any related technology, or any portion of it, or reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, decoding, or attempting to do any of the aforementioned;

i) Bypassing, circumventing, or attempting to circumvent any service limits, such as search limits, Captcha limits and occurrences on various triggers;

j) Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to disrupt (including by using any device, software, or routine), the use of KB StorSmart or any computer networks connected to KB StorSmart, by any other user;

k) Creating, utilising, or attempting to utilise any automated program, scripts, robots, third-party software or system, or any similar or equivalent process (such as spiders, robots, crawlers, browser plug-ins/extensions/add-ons, iframes on third-party sites, mirroring, HTML parsers, etc.) to access, navigate, search, copy, monitor, download, scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract or modify in any manner, any data or content from KB StorSmart;

l) Making false claims about your affiliation with another person or entity;

m) Forging headers or manipulating identifiers in any way to conceal the source of any user information;

n) Threatening, harassing or stalking another user in any way

o) Putting an excessively heavy or unreasonable burden on KB StorSmart's infrastructure;

p) Spamming KB StorSmart/RRPL or any other users by uploading, posting, emailing, SMS, transmitting or otherwise making available either directly or indirectly.

q) Hosting, modifying, uploading, posting, sending, publishing, or distributing any data or content that: Violates any applicable local, provincial, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance, rule, or regulation currently in effect;

  • Is someone else's Warehouse to which you have no claim
  • Violates, infringes upon or otherwise violates the RRPL's or any third party's rights, including any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights;
  • Includes computer viruses or other computer code, files or programs intended to interfere with, limit or disrupt the operation of KB StorSmart or any other computer system or resource; Any content that is or may be perceived as harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, blasphemous, vulgar, pornographic, paedophilic, obscene or racially or ethnically promoting enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion or caste with the intent to incite violence, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever; is egregiously harmful, harassing, invasive of another's privacy, including bodily privacy;
  • What constitutes or promotes behaviour that would contravene applicable legislation, result in additional liabilities or constitute a criminal offence; that sends any false information or informations which is extremely offensive or frightening or that misleads the recipient about the source of such messages;
  • That causes any kind of harm to kids;
  • That endangers public order, cordial relations with other governments, India's unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty; incites the commission of any crime that can be prosecuted; obstructs the investigation of any crime; or is offensive to any other country.

You hereby specifically consent to refrain from:

  1. Modify or repurpose data, text, graphics, sound, etc. on KB StorSmart to any other system, or copy and disseminate this material on any other server. No portion of KB StorSmart may be altered or used in any other work, publication, or KB StorSmart, whether in hard copy or electronic format, including postings to any other KB StorSmart, nor may it be sold or distributed for profit;
  2. Without our prior written approval, remove any copyright, trademark or other intellectual Warehouse notices from any content that has been copied, printed out, or linked to from KB StorSmart. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

Links to websites owned by third parties

Links to other third-party websites or resources may be provided by KB StorSmart. Regarding any other website you may visit via KB StorSmart, RRPL makes no representations at all.

Warranties and disclaimers

According to Section 2 of the Information Technology Act of 2000, KB StorSmart is an intermediate.

KB StorSmart's content is offered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any express or implied warranties or representations of any kind.

RRPL and any third party that contributes materials, services or content to this website disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, non-infringement of third party rights, completeness or accuracy of the information, update or correctness of the information, freedom from computer viruses, and other violations of rights regarding services, products, material, and contents of KB StorSmart.

Users' opinions are their own and RRPL neither supports nor is liable for them. Although every effort is made to ensure that the content is not deceptive, offensive or inappropriate, there is no guarantee on the truth and veracity of the information on the website. Please report any inaccurate or inappropriate content you come across on the website to report abuse.

All opinions, advice, services, Warehouse and other relevant material listed on the website must be evaluated by you for correctness, completeness and usefulness. RRPL does not guarantee that website access will be error-free, uninterrupted or that website flaws will be fixed.

RRPL does not guarantee or warrant that, once the listing or banner is displayed, there will be a suitable response or any reaction at all. The sole purpose of any payments made to RRPL/KB StorSmart is to show the listed Warehouse.

It is highly recommended that users independently confirm the legitimacy of any Pre-Launch offers they receive. Users who engage with projects that have not been officially sanctioned by the Builder/Promoter are doing so at their own risk and responsibility;

Nothing on this page may be interpreted as an offer or invitation to invest in RRPL or any of its affiliates. Additionally, nothing in KB StorSmart should be interpreted as a recommendation to use any product, process, equipment or formulation in violation of a patent or in any other way and RRPL makes no express or implied representation or warranty that using it will not violate any patent.

RRPL does not guarantee that the materials are suitable or will be accessible for usage in other regions of the world; KB StorSmart is managed and run from India. You are solely responsible for adhering to all relevant local laws as well as international conventions and treaties if you use KB StorSmart from outside of India. RRPL provides some areas of the world with goods, services, content and other features via KB StorSmart and its associate websites. Due to availability, regional or local legislation, legal restrictions, and other variables, the services provided in one area may be different from those in another. RRPL does not guarantee or promise that a user in one area will be able to access the services as offered in another.

Liability limitation

RRPL will not be responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from or connected to the use or incapacity to use KB StorSmart, its content or its links, including but not limited to damages resulting from or connected to errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, line failure and all other direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, loss of profit, exemplary, or consequential damages, whether or not such organisations or entities:

Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, transmission or operation delays, communication line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to or manipulation of user data or information are not covered by RRPL. RRPL disclaims all liability for any issue or technical malfunction pertaining to online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players due to technical issues or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination of these, including harm or damage to any User and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading materials/information from the website.

For the purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (CPA), only paying customers who have not subscribed to KB StorSmart for commercial gain (business reasons) and who intend to use the services solely for personal use will be considered consumers.

The performance obligation of RRPL (the service provider) is to grant the customer access to its online portal for the duration of the subscription period and reference to any usage, by whatever name called or any other performance obligation, if any, is to provide the upper limit for consumption, which by itself does not create any additional performance obligation upon RRPL.

If any information on this website is inaccurate, RRPL will not be held responsible. RRPL does not guarantee the confidentiality of any information supplied to it by anyone obtaining or using any information displayed on the KB StorSmart website or any of its other websites or domains owned and operated by RRPL. RRPL is not responsible for any breach of privacy or of the information provided by the consumer to RRPL to be placed on the website by technical or any other means.

Termination

Your use or access to KB StorSmart (or any portion of it) may be terminated or restricted by RRPL at any time, without notice and in its sole discretion for any number of reasons. These reasons may include, but are not limited to, RRPL's judgement and perception that you have broken the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions or any applicable law.

Compensation

Copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy and publicity laws, certain communications statutes and regulations and other relevant laws, statutes and its rules and regulations may all be violated by submissions and unapproved use of any information or materials found on KB StorSmart. You alone are accountable for what you do or what anyone else does using your password and/or user name.

In the event that you use KB StorSmart material or violate these terms and conditions or any applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RRPL and/or its associates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensees, business partners, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees.

Any legal actions between parties hired through these services will not involve RRPL. Costs will be collected from the party naming Revogue Retail Private Limited as a party to any legal proceedings in which RRPL is sought to be implicated. Any court order that is served to RRPL through due process must be complied with.

Policy on Privacy & User Terms

The Platform's privacy policy outlines how we may use your personal information and we will always respect and ensure compliance with it. In addition, you have access to a number of settings that allow you to manage how others may view the information you have selected to be displayed on your profile.

User Terms of Use

  • Additionally, by using KB StorSmart, you acknowledge that KB StorSmart is not liable for the content of the application form, messages, screener questions, testing assessments, necessary documents, or their format or delivery method used by the advertiser, seller, broker, or builder.
  • You agree to KB StorSmart processing and analysing your application, documents and any responses sent to you by the advertiser/seller or vice versa through KB StorSmart in accordance with these terms of use and KB StorSmart's privacy policy. Regardless of whether a warehouse that was previously advertised is still available or not, KB StorSmart will retain and handle such data. Your application materials (including a public profile with your personal information and answers to questions from advertisers and sellers) may be used by KB StorSmart.
  • Information you share in public spaces on KB StorSmart websites or applications, or make visible in your profile, may be accessed, used and stored by people worldwide, including those in nations that may not have laws that adequately protect personal data as defined by your home country. Although KB StorSmart takes precautions to protect your information from improper use or illegal access, we have no control over these third parties and are not liable for how they use the data you provide. As a result, you shouldn't upload private or sensitive information to any part of KB StorSmart, an application, or a public website.
  • In addition, it is entirely the user's responsibility to make sure that it makes use of the "Opt-out" options to prevent or deny dealers access to the data it feeds. If such insertions or data are accessed by subscribers or users who have not specifically blocked or barred access while using the privacy settings, Info Edge will not be held liable.
  • You can use your Google login to access KB StorSmart. By doing this, you give us permission to access and utilise specific Google data. Please refer to our privacy policy for further information about the data we gather.

Conditions unique to banks, builders, dealers, and payment gateways

  • You will process personal data in accordance with all applicable data protection laws; you will not process personal data that is unnecessary, unlawful or excessive in relation to the agreed-upon purposes as specified in the privacy policy and these terms and conditions.
  • You must put in place sufficient organisational and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorised or illegal processing of the shared personal data acquired from KB StorSmart as well as unintentional loss, destruction, damage, alteration, or disclosure.
  • You commit to offering reasonable assistance as required to enable the prompt and compliant handling of any Data Security Breach (as applicable, the privacy law as applicable).
  • You acknowledge that the party holding or processing the collected or shared personal data is responsible for responding to an individual's request regarding that data.
  • You guarantee and attest that the organisation will not reveal or transfer Personal Data acquired from KB StorSmart to any sub-processors without making sure that the Personal Data is adequately and similarly protected.
  • You must only keep or process shared personal data for as long as is required to fulfil the predetermined goals.

Arbitration

Any disagreement between a user or users and RRPL regarding the legitimacy, interpretation, application, or purported violation of any of these terms and conditions will be referred to a single arbitrator who will be an impartial, independent third party. The arbitrator's ruling will be final and enforceable against both parties. Delhi will be the venue for the arbitration. The arbitration process will be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

Severability of clauses

Your use of KB StorSmart is governed by this agreement between you and RRPL. The enforceability of any other provision of these KB StorSmart terms and conditions will not be impacted if any part of them is deemed invalid or inconsistent with any government law, rule, order, or regulation, or by a court's final ruling.

Waiver

RRPL's failure to exercise or enforce any of the terms and conditions of use's rights or provisions does not waive its ability to do so in the future.

Regulating legislation Jurisdiction

Although RRPL does not regularly check your posts on the website, it does reserve the right to do so. However, in the event that RRPL learns of an improper use of KB StorSmart or any of its services, RRPL will take any appropriate action at its sole discretion. You understand that RRPL will have the right to notify law enforcement of any actions that might be deemed unlawful, as well as any information it learns about such unlawful behaviour.
